Mini-game arcade type flash games have been popular lately and this article’s feature Insanity box is one of them, except you don’t choose which one to play, you have to play all of them in sequence. First off, if you get seizures from bright colors, you should probably not play this game as it has a lot of bright and flashing colors that might make you go crazy. The music is fitting but since I’m not a huge fan of a random hodge-podge of fast-beat song clips and prefer one tune throughout, it didn’t feel that great for me. The games themselves were decent consisting of touch this area on a picture, hit the green light, a few trivia questions and some games of simon says.

I found the trivia questions to be the hardest part as the questions were just random pop-culture questions. I knew the answers but sometimes the ones I thought were the answers weren’t actually the answers. Simon says was pretty challenging too as I’m not too great at short term color memory. The game keeps you on your toes as it jumps very quickly from one game to the other and sometimes a random click may cause you to lose. None of the games require much thinking, many of them will provoke a knee-jerk reaction from your brain, the effect that this game is going for.

While not great or inspiring in many ways, this game may serve to keep you awake(if only by the random music), and keep you alert. It may also give you a small rush of adrenaline just playing it.
