if you get the cheese then click on the blue jam stuff and put it on the floor the mouse come then give it the green potion it’ll get wings and try to get away give it the purple potion next and watch

to get to secret hole behind bird cage. First mix potion for purple makes plant grow, It knocks down bird cage. Pull on lever to start crack. hit cheese but put cheese on lever not floor. rat comes out but needs wings to fly up. make green potion and give to rat. it will fly up on lever cracking wall. get spaghetti noodle cook till hard as rope than pull out. it will make a lasso to catch bird. need bait. make orange potion put on plant makes popcorn. make blue potion again give to bird that has been roped. makes big fly away till potion wares off, the end.

BBD is on the right track. next click on the cheese a chunk rises into the air, then click on the lever above the secret passage to stick it on the lever. then mouse will then leave his hole and use the green mixture to give him wings. he’ll land on the level and it’ll open revealing a box that contains spaghetti. put the spaghetti in the pot to make it transform into a rope then click the bird to trap it. then just use the purple mixture and you’re done.

you can give the “big” (aka purple) potion to the plant to make it grow large, then give it the seed (aka orange) potion to make its seeds turn into popcorn on the ground but after that, I’m stuck. There’s also a secret passage behind the bookcase with a lever where the cage was but I’m stuck up to there, going to try messing with the plant before messing with the rat first now.

Have you beaten the last part without using the rat? It seems it is similar to the first where there were alternate endings. I haven’t yet, but it seems to involve the bird and a secret passage…
