River Defense is a DTD clone that is somewhat inferior to its predecessor which it tries to copy. A lot of strategy has been taken out of this game as slow towers, stun towers, and a few other towers as well as creep types have been taken out of the game. I played this game through on normal(all 100 waves) and beat it on the first try. Its a pretty easy game and you generally just have to rely on the diamond cutter towers since they are completely and utterly superior to everything else. Since there are no slow, stun, or boost towers in this game, its just a process of building a long maze and then upgrading to win. If your familiar with DTD, this game is easy. |
I’ve taken screen-shots of my game every 10 levels, just follow the build and you should have no problem. Remember to sell at times where the creeps are not coming. Click the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to see. This is a walkthrough for normal. On hard you’ll probably have to juggle.
