Snafu tower defense strategy and walkthrough
 |
Snafu Tower Defense is a basic “build your own” path tower defense game with a military theme. There are a couple of tower choices with 5 levels of upgrade each. In comparison with other tower defense games, its pretty basic — which is probably why most casual players will like it. The basic strategy is also very simple which mainly consists of building artillery towers, SAM towers, and mortar towers, at least through the first few levels. |
I’m written a walk-through below that gets you through the first three maps. Since upgrades are linear in this game, I don’t see why this strategy wouldn’t work in the later levels either. Click the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to see.

Level 1: This level is pretty easy if you just build your maze right. I did it with upgrading the machine gun through most of the level, but I would advise you instead of building and upgrading machine guns, to build 2 artillery, 1 mortar, and 2 SAM to beat the level with. Upgrade everything evenly and use the same layout I’m using and you will win.

Level 2: You have to build the maze right in this level and make the longest path possible. Ditch the machine gun turret you see in the picture and build another artillery in its place. Also stick another SAM tower somewhere in there and you should be fine. Upgrade evenly.

Level 3: Use the road blocks carefully in this level. Note that at the top I built one barrel/roadblock thingy every other square to make for maximum travel distance. Build a 2nd SAM in the middle. I also ended up building an EMP and a microwave gun, but its better if you just build one more mortar and artillery instead. Upgrade evenly as always.

your tower defense strategy sucks. There are so many easier ways to win without even filling up the entire map. Noob.

yeah, its better to build a path out of towers instead of out of crates.
