So, my wordpress was attacked on the recent attack on wordpress blogs and the link structure got all messed up for a while. I upgraded and managed to fix the link structure. If the link structure was  all that was messed up, here’s the solution:

1. Download the latest wordpress and upgrade first(otherwise you’ll just get attacked again)

2. Check the users and delete any administrator level users you don’t know

3. Nuke all the spam comments

4. Check your plugins to see if any have been deleted.

5. Under settings in your admin panel, go to permalink. If you are using custom links, you will notice a bunch of weird stuff at the end of your link structure, remove that and all should be normal.
