Icon Room Escape Walkthrough admin 23, September
Icon Room Escape Icon Room Escape is a fun room escape game where you are trapped in a room full of computer icons and you must find the right icons and missing pieces to assemble and get out of the room. I really like the graphics in this game and it was a fun play. I know some people were having trouble with getting the door open on the last step, but fortunately I’ve found a video walkthrough that will take you all the way through the game. Figure it out for yourself if you have time, but if you want to see the walkthrough, click on the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to see the walkthrough.

Squarix review and guide admin 17, September
squarix Squarix is a game that is kind of like the old Quix game where you slide tiles that are the same in color together to get rid of them. But this game has one more twist. There are certain tiles on the board that you must get rid of to beat each level and there are special multicolor tiles and mines that you can use to help you. The levels do get harder as time progresses and there is more than one way to get a high score so you can think a bit on the strategies.

Basically there are two strategies in this game. The first, and the one I like to use, is to get rid of the tiles and the necessary spaces as soon as possible. That means forming groups of four as quick as possible. This is pretty easy to do as you can just move same-colored tiles together. Be sure to move clumped tiles in the center of the board to the sides and group same colors together in the center to make them vanish so other tiles have a path to cross. You should be able to get pretty far just doing this. The other method(with a video demonstration below) is to form long T’s with your tiles to maximize score. In this method, instead of grouping four together, you are group six tiles together, thereby greatly increasing your score. Its not the best strategy for beating the game, but it will get you a higher score.

Overall this game is not that different from a lot of other games. Its fun to play for a few levels, but there isn’t anything new or exciting to keep me playing after a while.

Sealed Room Walkthrough admin 16, September
Escape the sealed room This is a video walkthrough for the new escape game Escape the sealed room. This is the newest game from escapegames24 where you are trapped in a sealed room and you must explore the room, gather up some objects, and then put them together in a way to escape the room. The environment in this game is pretty lush and the furniture models are a step beyond most escape games. If you have time, figure out the puzzle yourself. If you want an easy way out, watch the video below.

Funny Camp Escape walkthrough admin 15, September
funny camp Funny Camp is a fun explore and escape game from games2win where you have to go through the camp, find objects, and then use them together to escape the camp and its wacky counselors. You basically play a camp day in its whole with the final goal of getting out of the camp. The artwork in this game I found better than most and the human interactions in the game put it over the top of your regular explore-and-escape game. Its a great game to take some time to sit down and explore the entire setting(although you may lose a few times), but if your looking for a walkthrough, check out the video below.

Light bot walkthrough admin 12, September
light bot This review and walk-through is for the game Light Bot. If you want to figure this out yourself, do not watch the video or read the instructions below, but if you are on a time crunch or just frustrated at the game, take a look at the walk-through below. Light bot is a great game featuring a little robot trying to turn on all the lights. It is made by one of my favorite flash game authors, Coolio Niato. This game has three types of controls: the main method, function 1, and function 2. You are supposed to use these things in combination to make your robot walk to the squares and light up the blue tiles.

The game is played by dragging the arrows and other movement squares into the main method, function 1, and function 2 grids. This concept is a bit new for the me but its a fun one. Its a game that will twist your thinking as you have to put your mind in isometric mode to complete the puzzles. The game plays like a program too, so when you run out of things to put on the main method, put things in the functions and then call the functions from the main method. Its certainly a fun little casual puzzle that will keep you entertained for at least a while.

Below this is the video walkthrough for level all levels(132 commands) and then text instruction for the last few levels:

Lab Escape Walkthrough admin 10, September
Lab Escape This is both a video and a text walkthrough for the game Lab escape. The text walkthrough is listed first but if you want just the video walkthrough, you can go ahead and scroll to the bottom of this post as it is located there. This is a basic find the items and find the escape route game. The items inventory is managed a little better than most escape games though. You wake up in a certain room in a lab and you don’t know how you got there, your job is to find some items and get out of the room.

1. Click on the wall corner between the door and what looks like a socket. Click on the very corner. The floor will lift and you can grab a key from there.

2. Click on the stool and click until you see the bottom of the stool. Grab the gas mask. Note that it is hard to see because it is located at the bottom of the round piece of the stool.(see video if not sure where)

3. Explore the room until you see some broken glass on the table. There is a pin in the socket just above the table, grab it.

4. Go over to the fountain and turn the switch on the water.

5. Go over to what looks to be a safe(but actually its a centrifuge) and use the pin to open it. Grab the green fluid that is in there.

6. There is a round bin next to the centrifuge, zoom in on it. On the right side, you’ll see a bit of grey sticking out. Click on it and get a key.

7. On the left, there is a tall, closed shelf. Click on it to zoom in. At the bottom near the green light, there is a bit of white sticking out. It is the access card. Grab it.

8. Now you have both keys to the cabinet on the other side(not the one you got the access card from). Use the green key in the bottom hole and the yellow key in the other hole. The cabinet will open and a container of some sort will appear. Use the access card on it and grab the dangerous chemical.

9. Now go to the table with the test-tube rack on it. Put the green chemical in the big left hole and then add the dangerous chemical to it. It will turn yellow and you have an empty beaker to play with.

10. Go back to the sink and flip the switch again. Then go to the vent above the table with the broken glass. There should be water dripping out. Use your beaker to collect water.

11. Go back to the rack with test tubes and put on the gas mask(you need to do this).

12. Add water to the stuff already in the tube. Then go and click the handle to the door and you win.

If you still cannot win, try this video tutorial:
