Black Knight Insurrection is a fun puzzle game where you are a knight and you must collect the star following a series of paths and moves. Your movement is regulated to a knight’s movement in chess across the board and using this movement, you must get yourself to the star. There are a series of portals and other special tiles to complicate matters and make this game a very challenging play for an afternoon.
Games like this are also frustrating but rewarding when you finally come up with an answer. If your having trouble, check out the video walkthrough below for the first seven levels.
Contrast Cannon is a game thats based on ragdoll cannon. In this game you must shoot black blocks and white blocks with black balls and white balls. The black cannon is located at the bottom and the white cannon is located at the top and gravity seems to work opposite for the two cannons. The targets are mirrors of each other but each level presents different sets of challenges. You must be able to think upside down to beat this game. Its an easygoing game thats good for an afternoon play. There is a walkthrough video in-game so I won’t bother to post it. Just click on the link to play.
Enigma is a fun block sliding puzzle game where you have to bend your mind and find a way to slide all your blocks into the defined shape. The challenge is that some of the blocks are extremely large and block the way for other blocks and figuring out where they fit inside the shape is not too easy a task either. On the later levels, it will take a long time for you to reshuffle so you can get the blocks to fit in where they belong. For those of you looking for some achievements, I’ve posted the first 10 levels of “square” below. Click the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” to see.
Splitter is a unique game where you must take a knife and split things in the environment of a happy face in order to move object to bump into it, make it slide down, or do something to do so that it will end up in a target area. Its a pretty tough game and there are a lot of levels. While the in-game help gets you through the first 5 levels, its the later levels which are the trouble. I’ve posted a video walkthrough below. Click the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to see.
Glowstones is an interesting puzzle game where you must un-light all the squares by moving the fairy in order to win each level. The problem is that when you move on and then move off a tile, it will go to the opposite state it was in so you can re-light tiles if you make the wrong movements. The puzzles of de-lighting all the tiles is quite challenging in some of the levels and this is a good puzzle game to keep you playing for hours. I would write a walkthrough but there is no point since there is already one in-game. I suggest you try the game for a long time yourself before you look at the walkthrough though, otherwise you’ll be missing out on a lot.
This video walkthrough is for the game HDOS Databank Request 01. It is a game where you must solve many puzzles to gain access into super top-secret government files containing sensitive information. I’ve posted a video walkthrough below. Click on the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to view.
Bubble Sokoban is a fun puzzle game where you must push the ice blocks to the correct spots on the map to advance to the next level. The trick is if you push in certain ways, you will block yourself from much-needed paths. Before you start pushing, you need to think the entire puzzle through and plan out your route. Many of these puzzles will take quite a while to get. I’ve written the codes for the first 10 levels below if your stuck on one of them. Take a peek if you want. Click on the “Click here, I am a walkthrough” link to see.
Wooden Path is a fun and interesting game in which you must move pieces of a bridge so that they connect and span the whole river. Of course there are obstacles in your way that you can either use or move in order to complete your task. This game was a lot of fun to play(certainly better than the escape games where you are endlessly pixel hunting) and required a lot of thinking. You should really give it a shot.
If you want answers to some of the levels, I’ve played through some of them and will show you the ending positions and a short explanation of how I beat the level. Click the “Click me, I am a walkthrough” link to see. These are for the Adventurer’s map.
First you need to connect the switches. You can do this by using the space there is in the center and eventually moving the blocks so that the gray blocks connect to two switches. With the extra room where the former magic wall was, your next step is to connect the star blocks and make the disappear. Since you have room, you can just gather them on the left side. Then with the extra room, you should be able to connect the entire bridge together. You can’t lose any length on this one as all the bridge pieces are just enough length-wise to span the water.
Here is the finish:
A-02:
This should be obvious that the first step is the connect the stars. If you don’t, there’s no way you can win. Once the stars are connected, its not that hard to get the bridge to piece together.
Halfway through just after I made the stars disappear:
Here is the finish:
A-03:
You can’t beat this level without the tele-porters so use them. Get the stars to disappear first so you have more room. Teleports can only move single blocks so you have to drag the single star over to the far teleport. You can also get half of a regular block to go into the teleport if its pointed the right way.
Right before I get rid of the stars:
Level end:
A-04:
Well, that should get you started. I will post more as I complete them.
I know a video would work better but I really can’t make a video and it’d take way longer than 10 minutes.
Riddle Odyssey is a fun game where each level is a clue and the answer to it is a riddle or a series of actions you must perform. The game starts off easy but becomes harder with each level. It is quite an interesting game to play and gets challenging after level 4. Note that I have not finished this game yet so I will post the levels that I have figured out. Feel free to post later levels if you know the answer. I will be updating the walkthrough. This game is extremely short and there are only a few clues to figure out but it does provide a few minutes of fun. Since it is very short, try to find all the clues first since its relatively easy, but if you want a walkthrough, there is a video walkthrough below. Click the “Click here, I am a walkthrough” link to see it.
