Zombieman puts a twist on the conventional zombie killing games as you can be both a human and a zombie. You start off as a human and with your anti-zombie gun shoot zombies in order to convert them back to being humans. If you so happen to get bit, you turn into a zombie and now your goal is to bite and convert as many people into zombies as possible. Playing both sides is fun but the game does get monotonous after a while despite the power-ups the game has to offer.

The mechanics of the game are pretty good and overall its pretty balanced. Its worth some playing time if your looking for some simple fun.

The most important thing in this game is that zombie dogs and drains will kill you regardless of what you are if you get eaten by the dogs or fall down a drain so watch out. In fact, this was the hardest part of the game because the zombie dogs looked so much like the zombies. Unfortunately, shooting the dogs does not turn them back to normal. Your gun actually has no effect on them so your best bet is to run away. You can shoot them every once in a while because it does stop them from advancing. Note that you are faster when you are a zombie than when you are a human. Use this speed to your advantage. When your a human, hunt the zombies from far away and be careful not to let your ammo get too low. Sometimes its better to run a bit rather than stand and fight.When your a zombie, try to sneak up from behind and leap or else you will get shot. You must have quick reflexes and catch people by surprise. If your body changes more than five times, you will die so use each side’s advantages to the max.

Zombie vs. Hamster is a funky little fighting game where you choose between being the zombie or the hamster and have to fight the opposition. I played the hamster part all the way through and found that while the mechanics to this game are okay, the game was really repetitive. The enemies don’t get any harder the higher you move in the ladder and games basically just devolved into a lot of button mashing. It was pretty easy to beat the game and may be a good time-killer for 5 minutes or so, but not much to play after that.

To beat this game all you have to do is to mash the jump button ad the direction button going towards your opponent and mash the ‘z’ key as well and you will always pwn your opponent. Pretty simple.
